Investigating - We are currently experiencing service issues/downtime on our cloud services. You may have noticed this issue yourself when you ran into an error message in Installation & Maintenance. Equipment cannot be retrieved on a site. The I&M page keeps loading and eventually shows that there is no equipment available on the site. Additionally, the All Sites Overview page remains stuck loading and does not display any data.

Our Technical Team is working hard to resolve this issue - and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will restore regular service as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.

Nothing more to process, no delays right now. Everything is processed in real time.

It is possible that no alerts were received in Notification due to this incident. Unfortunately, these cannot be notified by Notification Centre either. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Update - The status of the Edge Gateways is now presented correctly again.
There still can be a timing problem when claiming or unclaiming a gateway via I&M. Therefore, statuspage is set back from partial outage to degraded performance.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue while Claiming, Unclaiming or Updating the Edge Gateway may be slow or unreliable.
Sometimes you may encounter an error, but in many cases, refreshing the page or wait 15 minutes resolves the issue and the action completes successfully.
