We continue to experience issues with our Cloud Services. It's taking longer than anticipated to fix the problem.
If you can't wait for the solution of development, please UPDATE MANUALLY your Edge Gateway!

Investigating -
We are currently experiencing service issues/downtime on our cloud services. You may have noticed this issue yourself when you ran into an error message.
The auto-update in I&M did not start the Edge Gateway update of 15-12-2025.
Our Technical Team is working hard to resolve this issue - and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will restore regular service as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.
