This morning, it could happen that some 'Gateway communication lost' alarms were activated and almost immediately deactivated.
Priva development investigated the cause and found that there were 2 spikes in Azure. *The first was caused by an issue in Azure due to huge latency(minutes) in IoT hub routing itself. Development will contact Microsoft about how this can happen. *The second spike cause is still under investigation.
It's good to know that it's only a small amount of gateways that were impacted, We are pleased to confirm that there is nothing wrong with the gateway connection.
Normal service has been resumed.
