Update
The status of the Edge Gateways is now presented correctly again. There still can be a timing problem when claiming or unclaiming a gateway via I&M. Therefore, statuspage is set back from partial outage to degraded performance.

We continue to experience issues with our Cloud Services. It's taking longer than anticipated to fix the problem. Some gateways are presenting 'Unknown' as status in I&M

Investigating
We are currently experiencing an issue while Claiming, Unclaiming or Updating the Edge Gateway may be slow or unreliable. Sometimes you may encounter an error, but in many cases, refreshing the page or wait 15 minutes resolves the issue and the action completes successfully.
Our Technical Team is working hard to resolve this issue - and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will restore regular service as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.
