We have identified an issue in Building Operator that is causing pop-up notifications about potential energy data loss to be displayed to many projects incorrectly.

These notifications were intended for only four specific projects in the Netherlands. Due to an error, they are now being shown to numerous other projects where they are not applicable.

Please be assured that these pop-ups are being displayed incorrectly and do not necessarily indicate that energy data has been lost in your project.

We apologize for the confusion and any concern this may cause. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
