We are currently experiencing service issues/downtime on our cloud services. You may have noticed this issue yourself when you ran into an error message in my.priva.com.

The applications, such as Operator and Notification Center, are functioning normally, but they are not accessible via my.priva.com
As a workaround, you can use the direct URL to the applications:
https://installationandmaintenance.priva.com/devices
https://operator.priva.com/
https://notificationcenter.priva.com/

Our Technical Team is working hard to resolve this issue - and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We will restore regular service as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience.
